[Resolved]  Flipkart — thomson television

I have purchased one thomson tv 40" from flipkart on[protected] as per invoice no:fab2b[protected]. I have lodged complain to flipkart regarding the non accessibility of line in, line out, hdmi, usb, rj45 ports. All the ports are back side of the tv which is not accessible after wall mounting. I cannot use the port after setting it on the wall. I complain them repeatedly, their engineers/technicians inspected and justified my problem. But everytime company rejected my request of replacement.
In this situation i request you to please look into the matter and ask them either to replace with other tv with same feature and easy accessibility of the ports or refund my money back.

In response to your mail I would like to mention you that I do not want refund or exchange of

the Television because the TV is running perfectly which I told you repeatedly.My main issue

is accessibility of ports which are just behind the TV and the gap between the wall mount and

TV is such that you cannot insert your finger to connect any thing with the port.Is it my fault?

You told me that TV is perfect, so there is no question of refund.Now please tell me how I can

access those ports which are essential to use a smart TV which you know very well than me.

your delivery man even denied to show me the TV before payment, if I could see it I must returned .

So, once again I am requesting you to solve my issue by providing any wall mount by which I

can access my TV ports smoothly, other wise replace with any type of same TV or refund my

money.

As per instruction from Flipkart I have contact THomson Tv company regarding my issue but they straight denied
to solve my problem.please help me regarding the matter
