[Resolved]  Flipkart — Three mistakes of flipkart and ask us to pay for it

Address:Near CNG gas station, Fursungi road pune

I have had ordered a carrom board it was delivered and we did not likes it so we have raised the refund request and it was accepted by the #flipkart. Delivery pick up executive came 5 to 6 times to pick and the carrom board on bike and when he see it's a carrom board he denied to take it and he is on bike.
He said we will schedule for pick the carrom board on van as i can not carry this on bike. This things happens 5 to 6 times
Once the delivery executive cancelled the pick up request so we have raised refund request second time and second time also it was accepted by the flipkart and again same thing happened delivery executive come on bike and after seeing this the carrom board he deined it to pick up and reschedule it.

After the 7 day's replacement/refund policy over the refund pick up cancelled than we have raised this to flipkart support we have received the call from customer support executive (Senior person from a team).

He said the carrom product will be replacable only do you want to proceed for it
I said i want a refund, he said it it not possible because the product is only for the replacement.
I said if that so than when we had raised the refund request twice why there was that refund option available he said it was technical issue.
I said i explained the thing that delivery executive came on bike but on bike he can not carry the carrom board that's why pick up was not done and 7 days refund/replacement was over.

There are three mistakes done by flipkart and they denied it that mistakes
1 :- refund option availability and accepted and flipkart say it's technical issue
2 :- delivery pick up executive did not check what he is going to pick up this happen 5 to 6 times (If it is a carrom board he supposed to come with pick up van not on bike)
3 :- technical issues for accepting the refund request

For the flipkart mistake why the consumer suppose to pay

Our concern is we need a refund for that product as a quality of the product is very worst. And the three mistake done by the flipkart.
