[Resolved] Flipkart — Three wrong product delivered | |||||
I ordered 3 product with order number OD[protected], OD[protected] and OD[protected] all the three products are wrong delivered to me, i also opted for replacement of one product and for which i got delivery today and the same thing happed again, i got a wrong product delivered to me again ...after having words with the flipkart customer care they put me on hold for around 30 min and after this they are least bothered for this and asking to raise return request.last time also in december 2 wrong jackets were delivered to me... kindly check this as i have only ordered 5 product from flipkart and all the 5 product had major issue with the product. i really want to escalate the issue to top most priority..and want strict action on flipkart. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 25, 2016 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with the customer as he said to call back after 4-30 pm today in the evening.

No call back received yet... provided the alternate number also [protected]...but no call.. looks like they do not want to resolve the issue just want to return and refund the amount ...but i will surely not do that... need to take strict action for the same.
No reply here as well think that i have to visit the consumer forum for this...

u now worst e-commerce site ever ...can't keep there words...just annyoed even after keeping 'CEo in loop nothing happen ...like there CEo is also the worst mind...a use less fellow... Just deliver wrong product and keep people's amount...just want this to be shut
