For the last 12 days, I mailed to Flipkart related to my refund and I am getting this above mail from the different support teams, but they have not even processed my refund as per their emails. When I call them they just say that it will get resolved within 72 hrs but here its more than 300hrs. Is this what Flipkart provides service to there customers.
