[Resolved]  Flipkart — Ticket fare deducted twice

I had booked a ticket on 13 Aug 2022 through Flipkart travel agency, where the payment was debited and the ticket was not confirmed Booking ID:[protected]. I waited for 8 hrs for confirmation, but have not received the confirmation. Since it was an emergency, I booked again the same ticket on[protected], Booking ID:[protected]. Now the previous Booking is also confirmed and the present Booking is also confirmed with the same PNR, whereas the amount has been deducted for the previous booking and for the present booking too, due to a technical glitch from Flipkart end. I have not gotten my refund back. I raised my complaint multiple times via call and via emails, but I didn't get any response in the mail, they called me and told me to wait for 24 hrs but it has been more than 72 hrs I have not received any positive feedback.

For the last 12 days, I mailed to Flipkart related to my refund and I am getting this above mail from the different support teams, but they have not even processed my refund as per their emails. When I call them they just say that it will get resolved within 72 hrs but here its more than 300hrs. Is this what Flipkart provides service to there customers.
