[Resolved] Flipkart — too much delay for return request almost 2 weeks passed but still no pickup | |||||
I have purchased one product vu television 32 inches from flipkart with order id OD[protected], first product was defective so i asked for replacement, second product was also defective so i asked for return on 3rd august they said they will return on 4th of August, but there was no update, on 4th of august i called them and they said uninstallation will be done and than within 10th of august we will pick the item, when i called them 10th of august they said they can not solve the issue and it will be solve by 15th of August, they are simply wasting time, and no returning my money, other than this i have called around 10 times . Customer confirmed that he has used his sister's credit card and she has received the SMS from bank regarding the refund. Customer confirmed the refund. Closing the case.
