Dear Concern, I placed an order on FlipKart during this BBsale, on 30th Sept 2022.(Order ID - OD[protected] while i made the online payment, the transaction failed but the amount(INR 14, 307.00) got debited frm my account and it hasnt been refunded since a week. With Regards Oct 08, 2022 Updated by htc.mdansar Dear Concern, I din receive any mail from flipkart, acknowledging this complaint. When i communicated to the bank, the bank replied that this Transaction was successful from their end and provided me with a PRN Number to share with FlipKart if they requested for it. Kindly help out in sorting this issue and refund my amount at the earliest. Awaiting to hear back frm you at the soonest. With Regards, Mohamed
