Flipkart — transaction failed but cash got deducted | |||||
Hello I am writting this email for refund of my money On 17th july 2019 i was placing order for redmi k20 pro mobile device for payment of 30, 144 rs with debit card but when i entered otp transaction got failed so i ordered the device via cash on delivery 2nd time Soon after i ordered the device i got a message that cash has been debited so my money got deducted and order was also not placed I contacted flipkart they said we did not get the money so i registered the complaint after 17 days of investigation they said that the money has been recieved by merchant Official bank statement is also attached And message from bank that i got This is very poor service by flipkart No coustmer service is resolving the problem and not taking any action about that This is huge amount of money for me and i will not let it go if you didnt respond and resolve my issue in 2 days i will file a police complaint against flipkart with official bank statement So refund my money and resolve my issue My email - [protected]@gmail.com Bank name kotak mahindra Order name - redmi k20 pro Order amount 30, 144 rs Account name amandeep singh Was this information helpful? | |||||
