On 23 may 2021 i received the replacement product of my order and i found that the certain product is defective as it seems to switch off automatically after one hour o[censored]se.
Then on the same day i placed a request of return.
My product got picked up on 24-may-2021
And according to flipkart they have refunded me the amount.
But at the same day i received a message from my bank that the amount of rs 1249/- has been failed due to some technical issue. And the amount has not received by the bank.
Then i contacted to flipkart they keep on saying me that the refund is successful and they provided me a reference number to contact with my bank when i contacted to the bank they said we are unable to track this number.
Now flipkart is not returning me my refund.
For proof i am sending screenshot of message i received from the bank as well as my bank last one month statement.
Also sharing screenshot of refund refrence number provided by the company.
Please help me with this problem🙏🙏
