Flipkart — Transaction successful and amount debited but flipkart denying

I have made a bill payment for flipkart pay later on 1st march 2021 of rs 750, the amount has been debited but the order has failed. I have contacted NPCI regarding the transaction, they told me that the money has been deposited to the merchant, I have contacted flipkart but they are denying any payment. They are not properly addressing my concern and keeps on closing my complaint. transaction number is[protected] I am attaching both transaction confirmation screenshot and banl statement +2 photos Was this information helpful?
