Flipkart Travels — Refund of cancelled flight ticket.

The SpiceJet cancelled it's flight dated 04/11/2020 due to which I had to suffer & book Indigo flight of the same date at over priced fare. Later, I was promised of full refund of the fare as the flight was auto-cancelled.

But, even after 56 days of wait, I got email for refund of only 3505/- that too not yet credited to me, and the email which I received from Flipkart reads "cancelled on my request". It was not because of my request, but due to flight cancellation by the operator (SpiceJet) itself that the booking has to be cancelled. By now I have not received any refund and the actual fare to be refunded was ₹7440. SpiceJet has confirmed me the full refund of fare to the Flipkart, screenshot of email attached.

I have repeatedly contacted the Flipkart customer care regarding th refund but no action has been taken even after 3 months of flight cancellation. Kindly refund the complete amount of fare asap as the inconvenience & trouble caused to us can not be monetized by Flipkart. It is clearly a case of cheat by a reputed trusted company as the money should have been automatically refunded.
