Flipkart — Trip id:[protected] refund

I had booked ticket from Flipkart portal against trip id:[protected] on 19th Nov, 23 using HDFC Credit card
The amount was deducted, but later understood from helpdesk of Flipkart team that it was not booked.

Post the same I am following up with Flipkart for money refund but they are yet to refund the same.

Have sent mail to

Am yet to get the refund, only commitment of refunding within 24-48 hours from 20th Nov, 23
