Od[protected] is my order id, i have been wrongly charged for a product that has not been delivered to me at the first place and now your executives have been playing with my money and time. I dont care if you take a year to analyse the issue but why would you keep my money on hold! Rs.307 should not be a big amount for flipkart, but you people have been wasting my time and money spent..
