[Resolved] Flipkart — Tv insta | |
I have brought MI tv from flipkart and delivery completed on oct-9.But installation is pending for 6 days.Flipkart mentioned that installation will be completed in 2-5 days but msg I got is installation will by done by oct-20.In product status it shows installation in progress when it’s not yet started.Also product return is by oct-19 but installation by oct-20.Tv is idle and we need to safeguard till that time .Why there is so much discrepancy in installation process?Very poor customer experience.Can this be resolved asap Was this information helpful? | |
Oct 15, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved This complaint is not resolved .I don’t know how it shows resolved after submission of complaint.Is this a fake system as well?
