I bought mi x pro tv from Flipkart on 11th Aug. It was delivered on 12th and it's screen was broken so it was sent for replacement. They took 4 days to replace the item and installation was promised next day on Flipkart. But there has been 2 days and there are no update regarding the status of installation.
Flipkart customer support just escalate the issue but no resolution is done. Instead of solving the issue they told me to call mi and Jeeves installation services, I tried but they told only flipkart can resolve it.
I can't even return the item as Flipkart doesn't let me return the item and stuck with the tv without any installation.
I need resolution and compensation for the time and energy I have wasted in the matter. Was this information helpful? |
I don't think Flipkart support is there to help people, it's just for delaying issues and misguiding people.
