Flipkart — TV installation is not done even after repeated requests | |
I had purchased an MI android TV from flipkart, that got delivered on 30th of june, 2020. But even though the TV installation was scheduled on 2nd of july, as notified by flipkart, the installation didn't take place, and it has now been 6 days, that the TV is sitting there without any installation. I would like to request installation of the product asap, on or before 8th july is much preferred, since I would need some time to fully test out the tv for any defects. the order id related to the issue is OD[protected], the service request number, that was meant to take place on 2nd july, is FINM-1COA1Z-50ORNL-7S9Z9T-RPWY4QN.
