Flipkart — TV installation is not provided for order OD[protected] even after 13 days

Hi,
Mi 4X 125.7 cm (50 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV of order number OD[protected] is delivered to my address on 13th June 2022.The promised date of installation and demo is 15th June 2022.
But it is not provided till today(26th June 2022).
Request you to provide a resolution on this for me.
I would like to return this item as the installation is delayed so long.
