I ordered 75 inch motorola tv from flipkart and the same was delivered on 11th august 2020. Installation was supposed to be done within 24 hours.
There is no phone on who the service guy is. After 9 calls, i’m just getting response from flipkart that it’ll be done asap. Though, nothing done yet. Just know the name of the service guy (Shaikh mohammad shahrukh), no contact details are provided nor he is contacting me (As you said in sms that expect a call from him, may i know how long do i need to wait). Also, the jbl 2.1 installation and demo is also pending.
Assuming that the installation guy will come, i have to take a leave from office and sit at home biting by nails when he will come. I have to loose my business for one day because of flipkart waiting for service guy to deliver. Flipkart has been irresponsible and non-supportive about this. Hence, required flipkart to compensate one day business loss.
Also, please take your tv back. I don't want this. It's just blocking space at my home. Was this information helpful? |
