This is regarding the purchase of vu tv from you (Flipkart) online on 16th august 2019. It was delivered on 17th august 2019. It was supposed to installed on 19th august 2019. Technician come on 19th august 2019 to install tv. When technician open a shipment, he found that tv was damaged (Tv was not installed). Technician has taken the photos of damaged tv & he told that this will be replaced by tomorrow (20th august 2019). Next day 20th august 2019 another technician came & took the photos & told that your tv will be picked up by tomorrow (21st august 2019) but tv was not picked up on 21st august 2019. I called customer care of flipkart on 22nd august 2019 for replacement of my tv. Customer care executive told me that we have taken your complaint. On saturday 24th august 2019 i have received call from local vendor regarding un-installation of tv, i told him that tv is not installed, tv is packed in the shipment. You have to picked up from my house & replace it. Local vendor told me that by tomorrow (25th august 2019) tv will be picked up, i told him tomorrow is sunday, local vendor told me that will try tomorrow ot by monday (26th august 2019) tv will be picked up & will be replaced. Monday (26th august 2019) i again called flipkart customer care for inquire about tv picked up, customer care officer told me that by tomorrow (27th august 2019) tv will be picked up from your home by 5 pm. On 27th august 2019, 4pm, i again called to flipkart customer care center & inform that tv is not picked up from my home, your customer care officer told me that tv will be picked up today by 7 pm. I told customer care officer that if not picked up today, i want my money back. Customer care officer told me that without picked up tv from your home, we can not process for the refund. I told customer care officer that your vendor is too busy that he is not able to pick up tv from my home from last wednesday (21st august 2019), then please let me inform local vendor address so that i will delivered tv to the vendor's address. After that please process for the refund.
Request you to refund my money & picked up tv from my home or tomorrow morning at 11 am will lodge complaint at consumer court.
