[Resolved] Flipkart — tv return rejected

I purchased tv 11days ago for which i requested replacement due to presence of dead pixels on it for which flipkart sent technician which noticed problem amd agreed replacement but after visit i got mail saying that request was denied, how can they do that likethanks flipkart for this worst experience even their customer support is so frustrating how can they do that to a customer dont they think customer have any rights
