[Resolved] Flipkart — twice charged through debit card | |||||
I have ordered hemt gr097wht b watch for men and is expected to be delivered this tuesday. Earlier i had selected cash on delivery option but later paid through debit card and was told it needed to confirmed by seller but was confirmed by flipkart by later in midnight message was shown that the payment was unsuccessful and had to be redone with cash on delivery option blocked. I had done it and now it shows paid but i have been charged twice for the sum of rs412.00. Kindly return the money asap as i have monthly commitments and i am a regular customer so this is frightening as if this happens one would be very uncomfortable in using cards for payment option.
