[Resolved]  Flipkart — UI,Network Issues and Playstore Not working in Lenovo A6000 plus

I have bought a new Ienovo A6000 plus handset from flipkart and recieved on 13th May. Order ID: OD[protected] Now, when i am using the phone, I am facing a lot of trouble issues. When any call comes, i am not able to pick up the phone using slider options as the UI gets blocked. Call gets cut in between due to network problems in this device as we tried with the same sim in some other phone, calls are made and recieved properly.I am not able to access the Playstore in the phone. I have raised an activity for it's replacement and followed all the steps which your technical support asked me to do. Software and hardware versions are also up to date in the device. And, still i am facing the same problems. These UI blocking problems are occuring when i am not using the heavy applications on the device. The technical support are just following the casual talks and are not looking into the matter seriously. Especailly i explicitly mentioned one of your guy named " Avesh " to not to close the activity which i have raised for my handset replacement. But now, i have recieved a message saying that your activity has been closed. The replacement scheme is within 30 days and i want my set to be replaced as i am not able to access applications and calls properly on my device. LOOK INTO THIS MATTER ASAP

The above complaint is already addressed. Customer had complained stating that there are multiple issues with the device and sim card does not detect. It is found that we have a;ready approved the replacement and hence closing the complaint as the issue stands resolved.
