Flipkart — unable to access my ac

I am unable to open my flipkart ac using existing login username and password. When i click on forgot password it sents a verification code to my number and then i enter it. It opens the window to set and new password and after that it shows unable to update password. Please retry. This sort of issue i have never seen before. I have some balance in flipkart ac and also was member of flipkart plus membership and some supercoins as other important details as well.
