[Resolved] Flipkart — unable to claim buyback value

Description: i have bought a phone with buyback guarantee option on 28th october 2018.
Now when i want to claim the buyback guarantee option in flipkart website, i find no option there to redeem it.
I am following up this matter with flipkart since 30th march 2019 with no resolution until now. The only answer i got is "there is a technical glitch & we are following it up with our technical team & pl wait for next 2 day until we resolve this"

I request a faster resolution to this as my buyback grantee is soon going to expire. I am enclosing screenshot of buying page showing no "buyback guarantee claim" option as promised while buying the phone.

Updated by Deepanshu Tuteja Issue Still not resolved . Firstly on 2 apr they said it will be resolved by 5 apr then on 4 apr they said it will be resolved in two days now on 6 apr they are saying it will be resolved by 11 Apr. They just keep on increasing the timeline.
Kindly help me get a resolution asap !!
