I orderd the following item approx one month back but got the defected piece. I gave the replacement request but after some days i received a mail that we are unable to deliver your product so we are cancelling the request. Again a gave a fresh request for replacement but its been more than a month and i have not received any mail, message or phone from flipcart regarding my replacement. Should i write on social media or file a case in consumer forum??? Please tell me flipkart??? Pathetic service experienced from flipcart. I want my replacement or full refund. Verified Support Sep 27, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that our seller has confirmed that the replacement has already been provided to the customer on September 12, 2017 and it would be delivered on October 04, 2017. Hence, closing the complaint from our side.
