Flipkart — Unable to login to my account. Forgotten the password and unable to reset.

Sir i am unable to login to my account. I have forgotten my password. If i try to reset it. The otp is not receiving and sometimes it is saying that login with otp is unavailable please contact customer care. And i have contacted many timed to flipkart and i haven't got a clarity about it. Still the prblm continues.
