I purchased a motorola washing machine and after 6 weeks the gasket was damaged. I have been trying to avail of a repair service for 5 weeks. I have emailed and messaged and called Flipkart, moto support @Flipkart and Motorola. No one is taking responsibility and just issuing empty promises. A complaint is registered, messages sent to say i will be contacted by a technician then I receive a message within hours stating the complaint is resolved and completed. Nothing is resolved and no repair has been done, when I call to ask why this message has been sent, I am told lies that i refused to pay when no one has asked for a payment to be made or that someone has tried to contact me and I did not answer, again not true. Besides which where does it state to obtain service you have to answer a call immediately or at all. Motorola sold a product, and the understanding is there is a 2-year warranty, and repairs ought to be made by a company technician or the warranty becomes void. I have waited and I am now out of patience. There is no clear redressal procedure. No one answers questions or responds to emails. No supervisor returns a call. All empty words and promises. I have a call history and emails illustrating my attempts for service, communication and I am utterly frustrated with both Flipkart and Motorola who simply show no concern customer care and lack of resulting in high levels of stress. This is especially shameful when I have explained that I have recently been in hospital for surgery and instead of recuperating peacefully I am having to argue daily for a service which should be simple.
