Unable to place the bundled offer MOTOROLA g31 (Baby Blue, 128 GB) (6 GB RAM) costing ₹14, 999 along with 'Complete Mobile Protection 1 Year' costing ₹599, Cyber Fraud Protection upto Rs 50, 000 costing ₹183 and 'Flipkart Warranty Assistant 1 Year' costing ₹99; Unable to add these bundled items into the shopping cart;
Error message "
Unable to add to Cart. Please try in a few minutes." received. Please help.
This error message has been there from last 3 days and certainly there is no help / assistance by the flipkart team though there were several call back with the help center team for a resolution, apparently not worth the time and effort as ithe issue remain unresolved.
I did send mail to grievance.[protected]@flipkart.com and [protected]@flipkart.com and they raised an incident IN[protected] dt 10/Feb/2022; not sure of the further steps.
Want to understand from Flipkart when they will provide a resolution for this?
can you share the incident process and explain how to track the incident online?
how flipkart would compensate me for the delays and hardship coming out of deficiencies in the support.
