Dear Flipkart Customer Support Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my Flipkart account. For the last 3–4 years, I have been unable to place any orders. Every time I try to order, the following error message appears:
“Transaction declined due to risk checks. Contact customer support or try other payment options.”
Unfortunately, there is no direct way to contact your support team to resolve this issue. The Flipkart app only provides a chatbot-based 24/7 support, which offers limited predefined answers and does not connect me to a real support executive. There is also no support email address or contact number available, which is very disappointing for a platform of Flipkart’s scale.
As a long-time customer, I expect at least a proper escalation channel (phone or email) in case of account or transaction-related problems. Being unable to order for years despite repeated attempts has caused me great inconvenience and disappointment.
I request your team to:
1. Investigate and resolve why my account is blocked under “risk checks.”
2. Provide me with a direct support contact (phone or email) for such escalations.
3. Restore my account access so I can place orders normally.
