[Resolved]  Flipkart — unable to play on flipkart gamezone

I have started getting the error message "we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions" from last 2 days and it does not allow me to play any of the games on the gamezone.

I have never cheated or used multiple accounts ever to play games. I have however won games multiple times in the past. So is my account blocked from playing games just because i keep winning which does not "seem fair to me"

Flipkart unblocked my account from gamezone after 1 month during which I could not play any of their games. After unblocking me on November I again started playing and winning regularly and today they have blocked me again. It seems they just block accounts for winning regularly which is not fair because we play to win. Flipkart cannot just keep blocking accounts for winning in games, because then what is the point of playing.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi, I have started getting error messages on the games listed under game zone saying no fair game played

Hi, I have started showing errors on playing games in flipkart game zone. This issue was being continued for a month. I have chatted with the support team. They stated that it is based on terms and coditions and I need to chexk with the terms of the game. What does it mean? I had been playing flipkart games over a year. But suddenly now the terms of the game doesn't allow me to claim my rewards. Its totally unfair.

Whenever i play flipkart games on my iphone everytime following msg was displayed. Pl resolve the error as soon as possible

I had started playing flipkart games since 14 days.Games and quizzes were easy so i started winning like 20-40 coins per day and 400-600 gems per day. Today they are showing this. I had played fair enough these days so thia warning doesn't suit me . The games are for us to win . So what to do? Am a regular customer in flipkart but now it feels like its better to uninstall the app because of the wrong acquisition. This kind of issue is not expected from such a popular app.

May I know why am getting error message "something went wrong we encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions"
I had started playing for the past one year but never face the problem. I have never ever use unfair practice or multiple accounts.
Please resolve my problem
