Flipkart — unable to reset flipkart password

Whenever i try to reset password i am getting message as "unable to process request. Please retry". Also can not create a new account because the number is already in the database. Recently i added couple of items to the cart. But because of the reason i cannot login. Rgstrd no. [protected]

Updated by Mukesh1811 I have escalated the same case on twitter/customer care of Flipkart but nobody resolved my issue and when i have called on Flipkart customer care then Flipkart executive said to me password cannot be reset because no mail id is not registered with your rgstrd no.
