[Resolved]  Flipkart — Unable to return a damaged product

Flipkart has delivered a torn couch to me. I requested a return and as part of the process, a technician would inspect the product after which they would schedule pick up. I requested for a return on 18th nov and they said the technician visit would be completed by 21st nov. However, on 21st nov i got an email saying the technician visit has been successfully completed and your return request is rejected! The technician visit did not happen and they closed the request without inspection. So i filed another return request on 21st nov and they said the technician would visit by 24th nov. The same thing happened again! No technician visit again and they closed my request automatically. They have just been giving me dates and nothing else. They cheated me with a torn couch and now they're not willing to take it back and refund my money. It is a fraud company and i would request you to take action immediately before they do this to other customers. I spent 18000 rs on a couch that was torn when it got delivered and now they're not taking the product back and refunding my money. Cheaters! #flipkartisfraud

I didn't got my consignment so I complained about ekart and since then I am getting my order cancelled status without any reason, now it's showing order had been cancelled without any appropriate reason.
