Flipkart — Unable to return order

I have ordered Kendalwood study table which was delivered on 26th October but I got damaged product. I was not able to raise return request because of some backend error. I have raised incident on 28th October and still didn't find a resolution and now even the return window is closed. Meanwhile I placed order for same table again hoping the damaged one is returned and I can get new one because delivery takes 25 days and usual price is 2600rs more. But to my disappointment, I can't return old damaged table or cancel this new yet to be delivered table which isn't even shipped because of their policy. Is resolving errors before closing time not part of their policy? Seems pretty convenient. Please look into the issue. I'm really frustrated with this pathetic behavior and to be honest was never happy with flipkart in any of my previous orders.
