[Resolved]  Flipkart — unable to return the defective item (moto e4 plus)

I ordered moto e4 plus (Od[protected] on 22/07/2017 and it was delivered on 25/07/2017. Only one day i have used this phone and now it's display is not working.
And now when i 'm returning it, then it is not accepting my request.
Kindly take urgent action on this matter as i have only 10 days replacement time.
If my product will not get replaced in time, then i would have to take legal action on this.
Look into matter urgently

I ordered a mobile phone ..but it is a deffective piece i wnat to return it so they told me no return policy for this and they told me for courier my product For replace Their pick service are not working. Very poor service of flipcart i m totaly disappointed.my product is not working
