Flipkart — Unable to submit return request. OTP is not being accepted on Flipkart portal

Hi,
While raising a return request, I am receiving an OTP on the mobile. However when I am entering the OTP even within 15 seconds time window, app/web page is giving error and not proceed from there. I am stuck and flipkart help chat is not responding on this issue.
