Flipkart — Unable to take return of overheated Vivo 80Pro mobile

Hi,

I had purchased Vivo X80Pro mobile phone via Flipkart and it got delivered to me on 2nd June-2022.
Since this mobile is mostly having best camera so i tried testing different camera and video option on 3rd and 4th June-2022.
Here i found that mobile gets overheated when i use camera more than 35 to 45 minutes which is very surprising to me.

So i raised request to return product on 4th June-2022. After lots of back to back phone calls with different customer care executive (explaining them same point again and again) finally they agreed to schedule technical person visit.
Before visit of technical person, executive asked me to do Factory Reset of phone. So i did same and tried same camera photo and video scenario and i found that mobile still overheating.
Heating specially observed on sides of mobile body which in turn unable to hold mobile in hand since i can feel heat a lot.

Now when Technical person visited to my home he just installed some app on my mobile to check temperature.Then he taken photo of mobile temperature and uploaded to flipkart.(Before his mobile check i haven't used mobile more than 1-2 hrs.So definitely temperature would be less which was around 33 to 35 degrees)
After this i got to know that my issue is marked as resolved. To my surprise what it this process ? He doesn't even checked my issue and directly marked as resolved?
He not even executed camera usage scenario of more than 35-45 minutes which i faced earlier.

For more information i executed scenario when mobile was factory reset and there was no any app installed other than preinstalled apps from Vivo.
Also camera usage was inside my home and not outdoor so there should not be extra temperature of outside which may cause overheating.
After this i requested return issue of mobile and still there is no any communication from Flipkart.

So i have written official mail to Flipkart to take this mobile return and do refund of this mobile.
I have not paid 73 thousand rs for buying such a horrible piece. Its huge amount for me.
In mail i told flipkart that do whatever communication with vendor or Vivo from your end.Since i have purchased mobile from your website so here i am contacting you.Its your job to resolve issues from customer since i am Flipkart customer and not vendor or Vivo customer.

If my issue will not get resolved then i am open to file complaint against Flipkart in Consumer Court.(Since there is no proper answers from flipkart and no proper issue resolution)

I don't want any replacement product and if you are forcing me to take replacement product then i need written communication from flipkart that if anything happens to me due to overheat issue then its flipkart responsibility.

Flipkart contacted on my phone no and also sent me mail saying that you need to provide us bank account details where refund will get processed.
So I replied to flip kart mail about my all bank details but still there is no any phone call and mail reply from flipkart.Also refund is not initiated as per discussed with flipksrt customer support person on mail.
