I ordered the "Allie Wood Sheesham Solid Wood 6 Seater Dining Set." on 23rd July 2022. Promised delivery date was 2nd August 2022.
Date 1st August 2022-- I received notification that delivery was attempted.
I called customer care immediately to know who made this delivery, like which courier or delivery guy. Customer care said they have no information about tracking ID or courier service but assured me that I would receive the product in 24 hours.
Date 2nd August 2022-- I received notification that the product will arrive on 9th August due to some issues. I called customer care and explained again that no one would be available after 5th August, so kindly cancel this product. Customer care said they could not cancel this product, so they asked me to wait till 5th August to see if it could arrive on time.
Date 5th August-- I called customer care again and spoke with a senior customer care person. She confirmed and promised me the order would be cancelled by 8th august and I would have my refund. HURRAY!
Date 8th August --I received notification that the product will arrive on 15th August. I called customer care again & asked that today the product was supposed to get cancelled. How come I am getting a new delivery date? The customer care person said, " Sir, I have the same tools as you have; I can see the date is extended, I cannot track the product, I cannot tell you which courier service is this, we do not have the seller's address". WOW!! Really, what kind of customer care is this? I explained the whole story again and asked him to connect with a senior executive. BOOM!! He disconnected the call.
My money is on hold by Flipkart. No information about product or shipment. Kindly refund my money immediately & I won't dare to order anything from this ever. This behaviour is unacceptable.
