Flipkart — Unable to update my mobile number-Futile Customer Care Communication

Hello, I am unable to update my mobile number on flipkart as it sends OTP to both old and new number in order to update new mobile number. I have my old number which is active but it does not get any OTP as it is overseas number. If you do not send OTP to overseas number then why to register it in the first place. Customer support is so useless that it I wasted numerous hours explaining them and still am here with unresolved issue complaining on this site.
