My account with email id [protected]@gmail.com has been blocked and after reaching them so many times, yesterday I received a mail saying, "We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account."
The customer care executives have a static answer, "We are sorry but we can raise your complaint."
The exercise is useless and nonresponsive.
I think I am getting the issue as I have recently bought a faulty mobile phone with order id OD[protected]. The return request was accepted and the technical team visit has done twice but the technicians couldn't resolve the issue and hence suggested the return. Now as the account has been blocked I don't know the status of the return.
