[Resolved] Flipkart — Unethical behavior | |||
Hello Team, I raised an issue regarding the delivery delay for one of the product in Flipkart requesting an call back, the support guy informed the same thing which was available in website, so i added up to take some more action from the detail which is already available. Then he escalated to one of the Manager named Deepika, eventhough she is in a superior position, she doesn't take any action. She used the word that she wont provide any solution for the complaint which i have raised. My query here is then what is the point of having an request page to raise issue for making a callback when they are not able to do anything. Why even that team exist when there is no solution from them to the customer. Sep 22, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved just got a first call from a person but i think the issue is not resolved by that but however the mobile is received. Thanks to the right one whoever tried to resolve it as soon as possible Verified Support Sep 17, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Tried calling the customer but unable to reach so sent a mail to the customer asking for the convenient time.
