[Resolved] Flipkart — Unethical behavior towards customers | |||||
I placed an order of sun glasses of brand Beqube Aviator Sunglasses, on flipkart on 26th oct 2015. The estimated delivery is 30th oct 2015. I didnt receive the product even on 2nd Nov 2015. so i called the Flipkart support and inquired about this and asked to delivery before 4th Nov. then I received a msg stating that my product has been cancelled on 3rd nov 2015. And again i called up the support regarding this they are saying that i've requested for the cancellation. I was literally waiting for this product, im staying in bangalore just for this product. Flipkart made me wait for a week and they now fooled me. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Nov 04, 2015 Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke to customer and informed him that got cancelled due to technical reason and asked him to place a fresh order, but customer was not ready and was irate for the same and informed us that henceforth he won't purchase from flipkart. However, I assured him that it won't happened in future order, customer disconnected the call. Hence, closing the case.
