Flipkart — Unethical behaviour on return | |||||
I had purchased a product from flipkart worth rs 305. Rs172 had been paid by gift card (Which has been expired now) and rest of the amount was paid by credit card. As i didn't like the product, i had raised a return request. Flipkart had taken taken back the product. Out of curiosity, i had asked them if money which was available in gift card will come in flipkart wallet as gift card is already expired. They told me now money which i paid through gift card is gone. If this was the case, they would have told me that money paid from gift card will not be provided back as it is expired now. They should have such a consumer flexible software. Also, there gift card comes with the expiry. How can someone decide up to when person need to spend his/her money. You really need to be very clear and transparent to the customer. I had already lost my some rupees in past because of gift card expiry. I always considered flipkart as the best shopping website but not from now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
