[Resolved] Flipkart — unethical : not accepting return of wrong product sent : harassing | |||
Order id: od[protected] I have been asking for return of '4 out of 5 products' from this order from last 2-3 months numerous times. And same had been rejected by flipkart as there is no return policy for the products. I had been getting 5-10 annoying/harassing calls from flipkart paylater team on daily basis from last 2 months. I have raised the same concern multiple times to them to get my query to the flipkart seller team. But still no one from flipkart seller team contacted me to solve the concern genuinely. Only repeated annoying calls from paylater team are being done. Which i have started blocking now. Now, from past few weeks i have been getting sms and mail from flipkart stating that i will be served with legal notice. Flipkart is able to send me legal notice, but however not able to look into my query once. The query raised: "following mentioned products (Part of the order) are not as per description. Size is not as per description. And quality is not at all acceptable. The rating of the seller and product also justifies this. To sell products which are fake/unacceptable-quality/not-as-per-description under the tag of 'no return policy' is a way of cheating. This is a way to fool and harass customers. This is not expected from a company like flipkart" Products: 1. Being trendy men, women shapewear 2. Wonder world men shapewear 3. Being trendy men shapewear 4. Being trendy men, women shapewear These products are unused and are still in packed form. I had been asking for a return. I am agreeing to pay balance due after the return. Kindly look into this matter seriously. Expect a call from flipkart team, if and only if they are interested in genuinely solving the issue. Jun 12, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 06, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is not as per customer expectation. We have already interacted with the customer and informed that as the product belongs no returns category, the seller shall be unable to accommodate the customer request for the return of the product. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
