This is in reference to order id od[protected], i have ordered lenevo k8 plus, i came to know suddenly on 12th day of delivery that it was delivered 3 gb ram, whereas the actual order was for 4 gb ram mobile, this is pure cheating, requested flipkart to resolve the issue immediately, but they simply denied as i lodged complaint beyond 10 days, please help Regards Anirban bhowmik [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

Verified Support Dec 03, 2017 Flipkart Customer Care's response Issue: Specification error, we interacted with the customer and raised a refund request for the same but he did not want to return and cancelled the return request hence, closing the complaint.
