[Resolved] Flipkart — unexpected delay in delivery | |||||
Hello, I have recently ordered one item from flipkart with order id: od[protected]. I ordered that on 14th of january early morning and i was assured by flipkart that i will get delivery on 15th january. Yesterday only i got an email that it's got delayed due to some reason and will be reaching me on 17th january. When i raised complaint using sending an email to flipkart, i got a response that "we are sorry that the delivery of your 'soundlogic beb003px wireless headset with mic' from your order od[protected] has been delayed. Please be assured that we are working with the seller's partnered courier service provider to ensure that the order reaches you. We will share an update on your order by 19 january 2018." I am getting frustrated. They are delaying delivery. I really need it. I needed it for one of my friend and he is leaving the city today. Now i will be needed to pay the charges of courier. Verified Support Jan 21, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised complaint regarding the product delivery, we have interacted with customer and confirmed whether product got delivered he told it got delivered but it was too much delay apologized and told feedback he agreed closing the case from our team
