[Resolved] Flipkart — Unfair installation charges and warrently validity

I purchased air conditioner - 2 no's thru flipkart. Flipkart is charging huge money for installation. I am using 3rd part installation. In such cases, flipkart is not assuring the replacement in case of product defect or product warrenty.

Spoken to so many executives and managers in Bangalore and no one to make decision or reply to the customer question.

There is no justification from flipkart for the huge money for installation of air conditioners.

Updated by Balasubramanian Makino I used 3rd part installation. But flipkart told warrenty service not available. Now it is 3 years no issue. By this it is clear that Flipkar is not a customer supportive company. It is always better to buy from shops and warrenty and other support will be available. Even installation is free. But Flip kart is not functionally supportive company. Amazan is better.
