[Resolved] Flipkart — Unhappy---- product delay.

The product was to be delivered on 5th dec 16, and i even chosen work place timings, i called to the customer care, no response for my questions.
Even waited till 3 hours for the product, no response.
the product was a gift to my friends birthday, and you made it worst,
i even ordered many times, but never delayed this much, even mentioning i dint get any call from flipkart care help,
I NEED TO FILE IN HIGHER AUTHORITIES ABOUT THIS.
i need to cancel rest of my products i have ordered.
and i need a mentioned revert on this message.
you have lost a customer for life time.
VERY UNHAPPY.
I LOST MY WORD AND ALL BECAUSE OF YOU.
