I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding two of my orders placed during the recent Big Billion Sale on Flipkart. The orders were placed at a promotional price, but they were subsequently cancelled by the seller, citing "out-of-stock" as the reason. However, I have observed that the same products are now back in stock but listed at a higher price, which raises serious concerns about the validity of the "out-of-stock" claim.

Issue Details:
1. I was informed by your customer support team that the seller had cancelled my order due to the product being out of stock. However, when I checked shortly after, the product was listed as available for purchase, but at a higher price.
2. I have contacted Flipkart’s customer support multiple times (via calls and chats) and was told to reorder the product at the current, higher price, which is not an acceptable solution given that I had already placed an order during the sale.
3. On one occasion, I was told that a senior team member would call back to address the issue, but no such call was ever received.
This entire situation feels misleading and unfair, as the cancellation appears to have been made to avoid fulfilling the order at the lower sale price. I expect better transparency and accountability from a platform like Flipkart, and I am seeking immediate resolution.
Resolution Requested:
I would like my original order to be reinstated at the price I purchased it for during the Big Billion Sale.
If this is not possible, I request compensation or an alternative solution that reflects the promotional price I had originally secured.
As a consumer, I feel that my rights under the Consumer Protection Act—specifically, my Right to Fair Treatment and Right to be Heard—are being violated. I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter, or I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
