Dear sir,

I am sorry to say that for your Flipkart.

I have gave order (OD[protected] Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus on 16.11.2016 on credit card payment.
To day on 23.11.2016 I have received message 'Cancelled your shipment due to your pin code wrong'.
Even though I have no call received regarding pin code inquiry, without any consulting cancelled the my order. This is not a first time, this is third time, if any address problem you would be contact me or not?
I awaiting for my new mobile receive, but you are cancelled the my order. Your service worse & I am not satisfy you service.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Spoke with customer as he said that the order has been cancelled without any intimation. So informed to customer as there was a issue regarding the pin code for which the order has been cancelled and also informed to him about the refund .

So closing the case.
