[Resolved]  Flipkart — Unnecessary delivery delays

I ordered a smartphone on 23rd September, 2022 from flipkart through their Big Billion Day sales. They promised an expected delivery on 28th September.
The product got shipped the next day on 24th and received at my neatest hub on 26th. From that point onwards I keep getting "out for delivery" msg everyday and Nobody comes for delivering. I tried every way to raise this issue, tried to reach the delivery boy, twice he said that the product is not with him. Today he called me at 9pm and said he is coming. He didn't come till now its 10:45 pm at night, I'm not expecting him to come today anymore. I received msg that order couldn't be delivered today. This same thing is going on since last 3 days. I'm totally frustrated. Please help!

I'll be forced to cancel my order today as tomorrow onwards I'd be out of station unable to further await the incompetent delivery partner of flipkart - ekart logistics. This is how they're harassing customers. Govt. should intervene and put certain regulations in place which would bound these companies to become customer friendly.

I can't even cancel the order for unknown reasons. This is simply extortion! I have reached out to customer support multiple times but all they say is "they're handling the issue". No ETA for resolution. No updates on what is going on. I want my miney back or the product delivered. It seems I made a huge mistake investing in flipkart!
