[Resolved]  Flipkart — Unnecessary harassment on lodging return request for a substandard laptomarketed as 'Flipkart exclusive'

(HP15-af114AU Notebook (AMD Quad core A8/4gb/1tb/win19)): i had purchased this product which was delivered to my house four days ago. I bought it after exchanging my existing dell laptop (which was far better than this new one) for Rs 6000. However on using it, I found the product to be way disappointing with very poor performance for all the claims made on the website. The touchpad was very difficult and jerky to navigate, the computer took a long time to even start functioning once switched on, it refused to read my external hard disk three out of four times. Immediately on the same day I lodged a return request (the product is eligible for a 30 day return). However since then flipkart has been very uncooperative and harrassing me needlessly. I have sent them numerous mails requesting that they send someone to take away their substandard product and return my laptop and refund the money. But all my mails have received is a reply that always starts with 'i understand your concern' . It has been four days since then and I am being put through extreme inconvenience as all my work is stuck without a laptop to function on. I am leaving for a official trip in another 2 days and I don't even have a system to work on.
